Exploring knowledge management, information architecture, and how people and technology create value from information.

VeriNote is a platform created by Wallscope to help organisations preserve, connect and reuse organisational understanding over time.

Inspired by Veritas, the Latin word for truth, VeriNote exists to help organisations move beyond simply storing information and begin preserving the context, evidence, reasoning and decisions that give information its meaning.

As organisations adopt AI, governance frameworks and increasingly complex digital ecosystems, the challenge is no longer finding information. The challenge is understanding:

  • What evidence was used?
  • Why was a decision made?
  • Who contributed?
  • What assumptions were considered?
  • What was learned?

VeriNote is designed to help answer those questions.

More Than Notes

Traditional note-taking tools capture information. VeriNote is intended to help capture understanding.

the Curator becomes the guardian of organisational judgement. That feels very close to the category you have been converging on: not AI infrastructure, but Organisational Memory Infrastructure with human stewardship at its core.
VeriNote is a platform created by Wallscope to help organisations preserve, connect and reuse organisational understanding over time.

VeriNote may connect:

  • Questions
  • Evidence
  • Observations
  • Interpretations
  • Decisions
  • Outcomes
  • Learning

Together these elements help create a traceable organisational memory that can be revisited, challenged, expanded and reused over time.

Organisational Memory for the AI Era

Visual metaphor for connected knowledge: abstract data nodes linked in semantic web pattern

As AI systems become increasingly capable, organisations face a new challenge.

AI can generate answers, but organisations remain accountable for the decisions they make.

VeriNote supports an evidence-led approach to organisational understanding by helping preserve:

  • Context
  • Authority
  • Relevance
  • Governance

These principles support the development of shared understanding and decision readiness.

Connected, Not Replaced

Collaborative service design process showing how user needs, organisational goals, evidence, policies and operational processes are aligned to create effective services and better outcomes.

VeriNote is not intended to replace systems of record. Documents, databases, case management systems, CRMs and collaboration tools remain authoritative sources.

Instead, VeriNote acts as connective tissue between sources, helping people understand relationships, evidence and decisions across organisational boundaries.
